The price of the products includes the delivery charge unless the listing states otherwise, which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of our website before we ask you to pay.
We will arrange to deliver the products to the address provided during the ordering process using reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, DX, DHL, Evri and DPD.
Manufacturing/delivery times is given in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Manufacturing/delivery times may vary based on the manufacturing time, the shipping method and the destination. This is stated on the products description page and are an estimate, which means they could arrive earlier or in the worst case later. It is hoped that you receive your order as soon as possible.
We want you to get to enjoy your purchase at the earliest convenience. Dependant on the manufacturing processes of the products ordered, to get your order to you quickly we will have the products sent directly to yourself from our manufacturer.
When the products have been dispatched, we will notify you of the estimated period it will take to arrive.
Once products have been dispatched and have been accepted by the carrier we are not liable for any delay of products as this is in the control of the carrier. However, if you do not receive your order 7 working days after the expiry of the estimated period, please contact us and we will investigate the delay to find out what’s happened to your order.

As per UK consumer rights regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision to cancel your order in writing via email within the 14-day period. The exception to this is personalised or custom-made products, which are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or damaged.
To return an product, please follow these steps:
Contact us at by email to inform us of your intent to return the product.
We will confirm the address for the return and any special instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation in the package.
Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
The product must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Where an product has been bought and exported out of the United Kingdom and has been returned and is eligible for a refund, any taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, charges, penalties, interest or any other costs imposed by any domestic or international import or export authority paid by a customer or their agent are not eligible for a refund by ourselves.
Please note that personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

If any defect is found, then we shall at our discretion repair or replace the products, or refund the full cost you have paid including the cost of returning the products.
